Terms & Conditions

This wedding preparation package is offered strictly as an add-on to a confirmed apartment booking.

• Add-on fee: 5,000 EGP in addition to the apartment nightly rate selected at the time of reservation.

• Maximum visitors allowed: 8 persons per apartment.

• All visitors must submit a valid ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival for security approval.

• Hairdresser and makeup artists are required to present valid ID upon arrival before entering the property.

• Photography and videography are strictly limited to inside the apartment unit.

• Photography or filming in any public or shared areas of the property requires prior approval and may incur an additional fee.

• Loud music, DJs, or any activity that disturbs other residents is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the agreement.

• Standard apartment check-in time is 2:00 PM on the reserved date.

. • Guests who require access earlier than the standard check-in time must reserve the apartment for the previous night.

• Livingville management reserves the right to refuse entry to any unregistered visitors.

• Any damages caused to the apartment, furniture, or building facilities will be charged accordingly.
